    My hard bulldoze failed and had to get a new one with a fresh install of Windows 10. When I try logging into my Microsoft account it has me enter the user ID and so countersign then asks for my current password again... Every time it gives me the error "The password
    you entered for your device is wrong. Please endeavour once more."

    I tried via the web and I'm entering the correct id/password, merely I can't get into windows x.

    I Googled and the just matter I constitute was from four years agone if upgrading from Windows eight...which suggested a fresh install. I can't reinstall as I have no disks. I checked and windows is updated to the most current patches.

    Whatever help would exist greatly appreciated.
